Soft start and soft stop device

LEKTROMIK® S are electronic motor control units for soft starting and stopping three-phase squirrel-cage motors. In the operating modes “soft start” and “soft stop”, thyristors are used in a fully controlled circuit. The motor voltage is adjusted by phase angle control of the three pairs of thyristors. The mains frequency of the motor remains identical to the mains frequency. The drive torque can be adjusted over a wide range.
